I ate lunch, and I actually feel amazing. My mood swings are stronger than batting 100mph+.
I snorted fresh sauerkraut and ate a shitton of it. I've been hypothesizing that the nasal microbiome is negatively affected, and mucous production is to catch beneficial bacteria to fight off infections. Some sort of regulatory system.
My lungs feel better today, but that's probably because the mold spores have decreased in count.
I don't know, it could all be placebo. But who cares? I feel better. I am going to keep doing what I'm doing.
And what the hell? How do I feel so much better after eating lunch? My mood swings are massive??
