I just got off a call to sell the damn house. No-op. Damn. I should've pushed for a number or a deal, I think I would've got a deal.

I don't think they want me to sell the house, nor do they want to buy. We can push for a rennovation. They want my money, cool.

Cold

I do feel like I've become more cold over the years. I don't know. Perhaps that's the result of making friends only in corporate and working so much. You just, kind of, become cold.
